The Artist of June-July of Artists’ Association of Lapland
“Lace is the creation of a series of holes to form a design….. Even when it’s on the table in front of us, lace is what’s missing, the art of making something of absences, of what is felt more than known, the history of women.”
Dana Sonnenschein: A History of Lace – the Great Chain of Being in Feminist Studies 46 (2): 495-501, 2020.
