Paintings
“When I first started, I wanted to paint bright colors and gardens. I thought about cafes, jogging paths, fountains and Minna Canth park. I thought about self-portrait and then again not. Now when I look at the works, I see Jeanne d’Arc, teenagers and perhaps a bit of Berlin. I find myself pondering the passage of time, solitude and painting itself. Maybe even painting the most, and the fact that every person is the protagonist of their own life.”
