Hakuohjeet Lapin taiteilijaseuran näyttelytiloihin vuodelle 2027

Vapaamuotoisen näyttelyhakemuksen tulee sisältää seuraavat tiedot:

  1. Taiteilijan nimi ja yhteystiedot (nimi, sähköpostiosoite, osoite, mahdollinen kotisivu)

-ryhmänäyttelyssä ilmoitetaan kaikki osallistuvat taiteilijat ja yhteyshenkilön yhteystiedot

  1. Näyttelyn sisältö lyhyesti (esim. akryylimaalauksia lintuperspektiivistä 2025-2026)
  2. Mitä näyttelytilaa haetaan
  3. Näyttelyn aikatoive, ilmoita 2-3 sopivaa ajankohtaa (kalenteri alla)
  4. Näyttelysuunnitelma
  5. CV (kaikilta ryhmänäyttelyyn osallistuvilta)
  6. Hyvälaatuisia teoskuvia näyttelyyn tulevista teoksista tai viimeaikaisesta tuotannosta 5-10
    kpl. Teoskuvat nimetään: teoksen nimi, valmistumisvuosi, tekniikka, koko. Mikäli hakijoita
    on useampia, on teostietoihin lisättävä myös taiteilijan nimi (esim. Aaltonen, Avaruuspölyä,
    2023, akryyli, 50 x 35 cm)

HUOM!
Kaikki hakemukseen tarkoitettu sisältö tulee löytyä yhdestä pdf-tiedostosta. Sähköpostin
viestikenttään kirjoitettu informaatio ei sisälly hakemukseen. Näyttelytoimikunta käsittelee
ainoastaan pdf-muodossa olevan hakemuksen. Mikäli hakemuksesi sisältää linkkejä, tarkista
niiden toimivuus.
Nimeä hakemuksesi Näyttelyhakemus2027_Näyttelytila_Sukunimi (tai työryhmän nimi). Mikäli
haet useampaa tilaa samalla hakemuksella, nimeä kukin hakemus näyttelytilan nimellä ja toimita
erillisinä tiedostoina.
Hakemus tulee toimittaa yhtenä pdf-tiedostona osoitteeseen
määräaikaan 31.3.2026 mennessä. Myöhästyneitä tai puutteellisia hakemuksia ei oteta käsittelyyn.
Näyttelyvalinnat tekee näyttelytoimikunta. Valinnoissa painotetaan hakemusten sisällön lisäksi
näyttelyohjelmiston monipuolisuutta. Näyttelytoimikunta ei perustele valintojaan.

Open Call for Exhibition Spaces of the Lapin Taiteilijaseura for 2027
Gallery Napa, Studio Mustanapa, and Gallery Kellokas
Applications for the exhibition spaces are submitted as a free-form application.
The exhibition application must be submitted as a single PDF file and include the following
information:

  • Artist’s name and contact details (name, email address, postal address, possible website)
  • In the case of a group exhibition, list all participating artists and provide the contact details
    of the contact person
  • A brief description of the exhibition content (e.g., acrylic paintings about space, 2023–
    2024)
  • Which exhibition space you are applying for
  • Preferred exhibition period; indicate 2–3 suitable time slots (see calendar below)
  • Exhibition plan
  • CV (from all artists participating in a group exhibition)
  • 5–10 high-quality images of the works to be exhibited or of recent works.
    The images must be titled as follows: title of the work, year of completion, technique, size.
    If there are multiple applicants, the artist’s name must also be included in the artwork
    information (e.g., Aaltonen, Cosmic Dust, 2023, acrylic, 50 x 35 cm).


PLEASE NOTE!
Text/information written in the body of the email message will not be considered part of the
application. All required application materials must be included in the PDF file. The exhibition
committee will only review applications submitted in PDF format. If your application includes links,
please ensure they are functional.
Name your application file as follows:
ExhibitionApplication2027_ExhibitionSpace_LastName (or working group name).
If you are applying for more than one space with the same application, name each application
according to the exhibition space and submit them as separate files.
The application must be submitted as a single PDF file to by 31
March 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
The exhibition selections are made by the exhibition committee. In addition to the content of the
applications, diversity of the exhibition program will be emphasized. The exhibition committee
does not provide justifications for its decisions.
